Johnson Controls’ new office space within a repurposed 130,000 square foot 1940s Allis Chalmers manufacturing plant in West Allis houses a special community of several hundred employees and consultants.  The demanding build out met tight timelines while using cutting edge technology and award winning design:

1. AFE Association for Facilities Engineering 2014 Project of the Year (submitted by Brian Pfeifer).
2.  The Daily Reporter awarded it as one of the  2014 Top Projects. (submitted by Hunzinger)
3. The Milwaukee Business Journal selected it a winner for The Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2015 Real Estate Awards. (submitted by Hunzinger & EUA)
4. EUA has submitted the project for the Design Award for AIA Wisconsin . The awarded projects have not yet been announced.
