The all-glass tower features a two-part massing strategy. The southern mass emphasizes verticality  while the taller northern mass embraces the bend in Water Street with an angled façade and curved corner facing Milwaukee’s iconic City Hall.

The tower stands 25 stories high, 26,000 RSF floor plates, 9'6" finished cielings.  The Building houses 360,682 RSF of Office space and 20,135 RSF of Retail.  Occupancy is expected in December of 2019.

The tower developer is Irgens, Kahler Slater is the architect, and J.F Findorff is the General Contractor.
