VR enables viewers to assess design elements within the space. It bridges communication gaps for viewers to see in real-time how changes impact design decisions. We will explore how VR help owners better understand spatial needs and how a floor plan “feels”. With VR, there is little need for interpretation, everything is viewable in “real-time” showcasing the space’s design. The discussion will also include how VR builds confidence in the design direction long before construction work begins, setting expectations appropriately and avoiding unnecessary coordination issues in the field.
