Have you ever wondered what is involved with an outsourced Facilities Management program? Facilities teams are constantly faced with more demands on their teams, combined with shrinking budgets, less manpower, and fewer resources to execute. Because of this, many companies choose to partner with outside facilities solution providers. For those who haven’t outsourced before, many questions arise:

- What is involved with an outsourcing contract?

- What areas can be included in the provider’s scope vs. what is kept internally?

- Could service suffer as a result of these programs?

- What could I expect for costs or the overall impact to the budget?

- How do we align on key objectives and get internal stakeholders onboard?

In this presentation, we will hear from Molson Coors on their experience selecting a facilities management provider; discussing the process, sharing best practices, and reviewing key lessons learned.

3:30 – 3:45 PM

Park in the main parking structure at 3939 W. Highland Blvd. Then, enter the main office building 66 at 3939 W. Highland Blvd to pick up the guest badges. Please review the map.

3:50 – 5:00 PM Brewery Tour: Capacity limited to 60 for the Tour

· Tour group leaves promptly at 3:50 PM from Building 66 to walk down the hill to the brewery, where you’ll meet the Tour Guide at the Brew House Entrance

· This is an indoor/outdoor walking tour that also has a lot of stairs so please dress for the weather, and wear closed-toed shoes

· Bags, purses, backpacks, and any food or beverages are not permitted on the tour

· The tour will cover the brewhouse, south packaging center, distribution, caves, and Miller Inn history, and at the end, the Tour Guide will walk the group back up to Fred’s Pub in Building 66

Note: If you are not able to make the tour, please check in between 4:45-5:00 at the lobby of Building 66. You will be joining the tour group in Fred’s Pub once they return from the tour at 5:00 pm.

Dave’s Bio: Dave has 20+ years managing corporate facilities and services with the past 10 years served at Molson Coors managing the Milwaukee corporate campus. Dave’s responsibilities include the oversight and management responsibility for 3rd party relationships providing facilities maintenance and other services as well as capital project management to maintain the Milwaukee corporate campus. The facilities teams are responsible for providing fine customer service, ongoing cost savings and operational improvements to the campus.

Collier’s Bio: Collier develops an array of accelerated cost-saving strategies and streamlined solutions for clients in the facilities maintenance business. With a specific focus on manufacturing, healthcare, financial, and multi-site environments, he ensures the timely delivery of services while achieving both the financial goals and service metrics of EFS’ clients. Collier leads key proposal development in support of sales and continually develops relationships with all levels of an organization, particularly with executive and multi-national professionals. He also leverages his marketing and sales expertise to drive revenues and identify new business opportunities for EMCOR Facilities Services.
