Meet Our Panelists
Cole Pustina
Cole has been in the emergency and non-emergency restoration industry for almost 20 years. He started at A&J Property Restoration as a technician and worked his way up to Lead Technician, then to Operations Manager, and then to his current role as General Manager. Cole has a passion for helping people restore their lives after a disaster for both residential and commercial properties. He has managed countless projects over the years in all sorts of situations. Anything from a water loss in someone's home, to safely completing the dry-outs of an entire hospital wing. He also worked on the emergency restoration of a high rise during construction in downtown Milwaukee which had almost 5 feet of water in the basement. Cole takes pride in helping property and facility managers get their buildings back to full operation with minimal downtime.
Mark Cyganiak
Mark is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with over 34 years in the restoration industry, all with ServiceMaster Recovery Services. As a second-generation owner, Mark has spent his entire career immersed in the business, gaining hands-on expertise through a variety of roles and responsibilities. This comprehensive background has equipped him with a deep understanding of industry operations, client needs, and the importance of delivering exceptional service. Mark’s extensive experience spans diverse industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, commercial properties, and educational facilities. Each sector presents unique challenges, and Mark has developed a proven ability to adapt and implement customized solutions that address the specific needs of facility managers. His proactive approach focuses on identifying potential risks, streamlining processes, and enhancing preparedness to minimize disruptions and maintain operational continuity.
