PPE Requirements
The following types of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are required to be worn every time you enter the North Office Building construction zone. As a WCREW member, you likely have your own PPE. Please bring what you have as the project doesn’t have PPE for all visitors.
If you are within the site:

Safety toe boots (composite or steel toe) – no sneakers, ballet flats, sandals, open toe shoes, etc.

Because this tour is planned for afterhours work, we will accept sturdy boots as sufficient protection – e.g. hiking or work boots
-
No flats, open-toed shoes, sandals, sneakers

Safety helmet with chin strap – please note the chin strap requirement
-
High visibility vest
-
Safety glasses (standard or over-the-glasses style)
-
Cut-level 4 (or greater) resistant gloves
-
Full length pants – no skirts nor dresses
This is an active construction site and PPE is the last line of defense we have from the hazards that are inherent to the work being done. If any of the above PPE requirements are not met, you will not be able to participate in the tour.
