Chris Johnson, FMP

Chris Johnson, originally from Milwaukee, holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. As Facilities Manager for Rockwell Automation's Milwaukee and Mequon locations, he is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and safety. Over his 15-year tenure, Mr. Johnson has advanced through multiple positions, consistently supporting workplace transformation and innovation while employing a balanced approach to risk and reward in decision-making.

Jonathan Disch

Jon Disch, lifelong long resident of Wisconsin-Journeyman Electrician with 27 years of experience. Started with Milwaukee Tool in 2020.  Responsible for four separate MT facilities-Milwaukee-Chicago-Atlanta and Mukwonago.  Spaces include office space, labs and operations.

With over 30 years of experience in facilities management, Steve is a seasoned professional known for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations across diverse environments. Over the course of Steve career, he has overseen maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, and workplace services for organizations ranging from corporate offices to industrial facilities.
Steve expertise spans strategic planning, vendor management, budgeting, sustainability initiatives, and team leadership. Through a practical, hands-on approach and commitment to operational excellence, Steve has consistently improved building performance, reduced costs, and enhanced the employee experience.
